Dreamscapes demands that all of our products and services aid in the protection of our environment. This process begins with a soil sample to determine the nutrients available and needed for healthy plants and turf, thereby avoiding the overapplication of chemicals to lawns and beds. We also use chemicals that are absorbed into the ground at a faster pace for fewer chances of run off. We educate our customers on proper watering amounts and times as well as mowing requirements.

Our Custom Lawn Care Programs

Green Up Custom Program - The soil for your lawn will be tested at the start of the program. The lawn's soil analysis will determine the program we customize for your turf and lawn. Our program includes liquid treatments. The reason they are absorbed immediately is because granular fertilizer requires water, sun and microorganism to break it down and make it available for the plant to uptake and 50% is lost to evaporation or runoff.

• Cool Season Program is 9 visits a year that include 4 weed control treatments, 9 fertilization treatments, 2 disease control treatments with iron and micronutrients, and 1 insect application. We also core aerate your property and overseed with a premium grass seed once a year as part of our deluxe program.
  
  
• Zoysia Grass Program consists of 9 visits a year that include 3 weed control treatments, 6 fertilization treatments, 2 disease control treatments with iron and micronutrients, and 1 insect application. We also core aerate your property and dethatch all Zoysia to aid in nutrient uptake and disease prevention.
  
  
• Bermuda Grass Program consists of 9 visits a year that include 4 weed control treatments, 9 fertilization treatments, 2 disease control treatments with iron and micronutrients, and 1 insect application. We also core aerate your property and provide reel mowing services with a specific reel mow program.
  
  
• Centipede Grass Program is 9 visits a year that include 3 weed control treatments, 6 fertilization treatments, 2 disease control treatments with iron and micronutrients, and 1 insect application. We also core aerate your property using only centipede-specific fertilizers and weed control methods.
  
  
• Tree and Shrub Care Program The soil on your landscape will be tested at the start of the program. The landscapes’ soil analysis will determine the program we customize for your ornamentals. Tree and shrub care includes two fertilization rounds - one in the spring and one in the fall. All flowering shrubs (e.g., roses, etc.) will be fertilized three (3) times per season. Disease and insect control applications will be administered three (3) times per year. During the winter, horticultural oil will be applied to all evergreen ornamentals. A systemic insecticide will be administered by deep root injection to all ornamentals. This will prevent runoff or accidental ingestion.
